According to Fairfield Bay City Council member Bella Comas, she has just received new information leading to PRIVACY CONCERNS over Mayor Jackie Sikes’ new rules for entering the Marina. It looks like your private information isn’t truly private! Boat owners will have their identities exposed to the public under Jackie’s disturbing new rule.

Jackie’s Takeover Plan Revealed
Mayor Jackie Sikes has been trying to take control of the Marina for many months in what appears to be a proxy war with the Community Club and City Council.
After Mayor Jackie quietly worked for months to convince the Arkansas Corps of Engineers to deal with her directly instead of the Community Club and the City Council, she just announced a disturbing new rule for boat owners.
Jackie Sikes is now requiring boat slip owners to show her IDs to even get access to their boat slips. Even boat slip owners won’t be allowed to bypass her.
They’ve never had to do this before. The disturbing new rule comes after complaints were filed against Jackie Sikes with the Arkansas Corps of Engineers.
Information Is About To Be Made Public
After Jackie announced that boat owners must have an ID ready to access their boat property, City Council Member Bella Comas revealed a disturbing new revelation.
Bella made the following announcement on Facebook:
“Someone emailed me yesterday asking if the paperwork you fill out for the pass is it foiable? He was concerned about his privacy. ANSWER:IT IS”
Once you submit your ID paperwork to Mayor Jackie Sikes, that paperwork will be subject to FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) requests. This means anyone will be able to identify boat owners, identify them, and get their private contact information.
All private information will be made public.
This new rule has drastic implications for boat owners who want privacy. The rule, pushed and requested by Jackie Sikes, represents yet another form of disruption Jackie has brought to our city.
It’s a total circus. It’s entirely orchestrated by Jackie herself. The more drama she creates, the more power she gets.
It’s time for Jackie Sikes to removed before she destroys our Marina for good.
