A new press release shows that a whopping 64% of needed signatures have been collected to recall Mayor Jackie Sikes. The numbers are VERY strong and even surprised us! Fairfield Bay residents are taking a stand a letting their voices be heard. You don’t want to be left out of this movement.

We just got a press release from “We (The Majority Of) People of Fairfield Bay.”
A whopping 64% of needed signatures have been collected in only a matter of weeks:
“After week 5 we have collected 64% of the needed signatures to place the recall on the ballot.”
The recall will continue this week:
“The petition for the recall of Mayor Jackie Sikes will continue this week. This is an opportunity for the voters of Fairfield Bay to decide if their mayor should face a recall vote in November.”
The press announcement praised our website. Please be sure to tell friends and family about it:
“A new website: savefairfieldbay.com has been established and we encourage resident to check out the information of this page, as it is relevant to the recall petition and will give you more information on why we feel Mayor Jackie Sikes should face recall.”
Locations were also included on how to sign the Jackie Sikes recall petition this Thursday. You don’t want to miss it:
“Signatures will be collected at the white building with the red roof east of Craven on Highway 16, just past the Dollar General. Petitions will be available on Thursday March 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.”
We have begun a movement in our city. It’s time for the real business owners and residents of our great city to stand up.
