More disturbing allegations against Fairfield Bay Mayor Jackie Sikes.
This time, the allegations are made by former head of the Fairfield Bay Senior Center, Debbie Bakk.
Debbie Bakk served over the Senior Center before Jackie Sikes came to power. After Jackie took office, Debbie says she faced harassment over her employment by the mayor and was prevented from doing her job while Jackie misled the public without reason.

In a newly released video, Debbie Bakk reveals that she was privately harassed by Mayor Jackie Sikes who constantly threatened her employment without reason.
Jackie reportedly told Debbie without reason:
“Do I need to remind you I can fire you today, tomorrow or next week? And I don’t need a reason.”

Debbie asked me to be on the senior community center committee. I accepted. They desolved the committee as a way to kick off a city councilmember. I suspected the mayor was behind it but had no proof. This video confirms my suspicions. Thank you Debbie . I had heard that the mayor hand picked her own volunteers. The Mayor also kicked me off the budget committee. I’m working currently on two grants that will benefit the senior community center. It is affecting my grants because NOONE wants to work with a mayor that doesn’t want to work with them. So I am no longer on any board thanks to our mayor.
