Martin Bailey, the chief advisor of Mayor Jackie Sikes, just LEAKED a secret recording of Community Club member David Byard on Facebook. David Byard can be heard in the recording calling Martin Bailey “crazy” and how he may have to resort to a lawsuit. So Martin Bailey leaked the call, possibly giving David Byard’s arguments against Martin some merit.
David Byard’s Private Call Leaked By Jackie’s Chief Advisor
After a recent confrontation at city council meetings targeting David Byard’s reputation, Martin Bailey decided to leak a private phone conversation of David Byard to the public without permission.
This isn’t the first time Bailey has done something like this. We have emails linking Bailey and Jackie Sikes to a sabotage attempt targeting the Community Club and City Council. This is what they do.
Martin Bailey leaked the private call on the Facebook group “The Other FFB Opinion Group”:
What’s in The Recording?
The recording starts off with David Byard talking about how crazy he believes Martin Bailey is:
“Martin Bailey… he was so out there and crazy and didn’t have a clue.”
An unidentified person responds:
“I don’t know where this guy come from. One day he just popped up on Facebook.”
David says in the call that Martin Bailey lives on Pine Knot along with other “Pine Knot Crazies”.
David Byard goes on to say he will have to take legal action if the harassment continues:
“I can’t make it no more clearer: We’re gonna sue the f*** out of any one of them that deserves it. I hate for it to come to that.”
Laws May Have Been Broken
The fact Martin Bailey leaked David Byard’s phone call because he was calling Martin “crazy” kind of proves David’s point. Not only is this act “crazy,” but it may even be illegal.
There are laws in this state making it illegal to record someone’s meetings or phone calls without their permission. If Martin is willing to do this to his neighbors, what does that say about his character?
There’s no excuse for doing this.
This Is A Pattern
Mayor Jackie Sikes has given these people a voice. In fact, Jackie is the one who changed rules at City Council meetings allowing Paul Wellenberger and Rose Owen to be attacked.
Mayor Jackie Sikes recently released a video admitting that she targeted city council members and filed baseless ethics complaints against them as recently as a few months ago.
In fact, it was Jackie and Martin Bailey who sent secret emails to the Corps of Engineers to undermine and humiliate city council members and community club members.
Jackie is at war with the Community Club. She is at war with the City Council. She tried to fire the city attorney. She just targeted the treasurer at the last city council meeting by selecting speakers meant to ambush Rose.
Enough is enough. It’s time to end this madness once and for all.
